The ECHR will be delivering an advisory opinion in reply to a request submitted by the Supreme Court of Finland at a public hearing on 13 April 2023 at 9.30 a.m.
In its request, the Supreme Court of Finland has requested the Court’s opinion on issues that have arisen out of proceedings for the adoption of an adult.
