On 8 October 2025, the President of the Court, Mattias Guyomar, visited the Strasbourg tribunal judiciaire (general first-instance court), accompanied by Canòlic Mingorance Cairat, judge elected in respect of Andorra, and Sébastien Biancheri, judge elected in respect of Monaco.

During the visit, President Guyomar, along with Judges Mingorance Cairat and Biancheri, had the opportunity to engage with Philippe Babo, President of the Strasbourg tribunal judiciaire, and Clarisse Taron, Public Prosecutor at the tribunal judiciaire.

Three members of the Court also gave a presentation for judges, prosecutors and court officials on the role of the European judge, the work of the Court and the execution of its judgments. The meeting ended with discussions.
