Solemn hearing
A solemn hearing took place at the Court on 31 January 2020, during which Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos, President of the Court, and Frank Clarke, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Ireland, addressed representatives from the highest courts of the Council of Europe member States and from local, national and international authorities.
