Solemn hearing
A solemn hearing took place at the Court on 29 January 2010. During the solemn hearing, Jean-Paul Costa, President of the Court, and Jean-Marc Sauvé, Vice-President of the French Conseil d’Etat, addressed an audience of about 250, including many representatives of judicial institutions and local and national authorities.
