- All inquiries to the Court must be submitted through the designated contact forms. Any communication attempts made through other channels, including email, will not be acknowledged or processed.
- Requests for Interim Measures (Rule 39) must not be submitted via the contact form. For detailed guidance on submitting such requests, please refer to the Applicants page
- Please note that the Court is unable to provide legal advice under any circumstances.
How to send applications
We would draw your attention to the fact that applications to the Court and all documents relating to the application must be sent by post, even if they have been faxed beforehand.
Please bear in mind that any documents or questions relating to applications must also be sent to the Court by post.
