Visit of the Attorney General for England and Wales and the Advocate General for Scotland

On 30 January 2026, Lord Richard Hermer KC, Attorney General for England and Wales, and Baroness Smith of Cluny KC, HM Advocate General for Scotland, visited the Court and met with President Mattias Guyomar. The judge elected in respect of the United Kingdom, Hugh Mercer, and the Registrar, Marialena Tsirli, also attended the meeting.
