On 30 January 2026, Ricardo C. Pérez Manrique, judge at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, visited the Court, where he met with President Mattias Guyomar. The Vice-President of the Court and judge elected in respect of Norway, Arnfinn Bårdsen, the judge elected in respect of Germany, Anja Seibert-Fohr, and the judge elected in respect of Andorra, Canòlic Mingorance Cairat, also attended the meeting.
