Official visit by France’s Minister of Justice to the Court

On 4 December 2025, Gérald Darmanin, the Garde des Sceaux, Minister of Justice of France paid an official visit to the Court, where he was received by the President of the Court and judge elected in respect of France, Mattias Guyomar. The Court Registrar, Marialena Tsirli, also attended the meeting. Minister Darmanin underlined France’s firm support of the work of the Court and its invaluable contribution to supporting democracy in Europe.
