The Court has decided to lift the interim measures that it had indicated to the Belgian State in 1,350 cases and to strike the applications out of its list of cases as the applicants had not submitted application forms to the Court.

The cases concerned asylum-seekers who complained that they had not been assigned accommodation in reception facilities in Belgium.
