On 11 February 2026, the Minister of Justice of Slovenia, Andreja Kokalj, paid an official visit to the Court, where she was received by the President of the Court, Mattias Guyomar. The judge elected in respect of Slovenia, Vasilka Sancin, and the Registrar of the Court, Marialena Tsirli, also attended the meeting. The President conveyed his gratitude to the Minister for Slovenia’s steadfast support of the Court’s judicial independence and its work.
