Visit of France's Defender of Rights

On 12 March, the President of the Court, Mattias Guyomar, welcomed France's Defender of Rights, Claire Hédon. They discussed the recent activities and publications of the Defender of Rights that may be relevant to the work of the Court, as well as the Court’s recent case-law. They also reaffirmed the importance of the links between the two institutions.
