Request for interim measure rejected concerning Serbia

The ECHR has decided to reject a request for an interim measure in the case Jovičić v. Serbia.
The case concerns a Serbian national who has been detained since August 2025, allegedly for vandalism amid the ongoing student protests in the country.
The Court has rejected as out of scope his request to be transferred either to a medical facility or to be placed under a residence restriction with electronic monitoring.
