The Court has accepted the referral to the Grand Chamber of the case Tergek v. Türkiye.

The case concerns the withholding of correspondence to the applicant from his wife by the prison authorities. The correspondence consisted of letters, notes, pictures and printed material from internet websites. The letters were ultimately given to the applicant, but the printed material was not passed on to him. 

The Court has also decided to reject a request to refer ten other cases.
