On 25 November 2025, the Court hosted the installation ceremony for the Paperbomb sculpture by German Italian artist Nezilla, supported by the Permanent Representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Council of Europe. 
  
In the presence of the artist, President of the Court, Mattias Guyomar, and the Permanent Representative of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Council of Europe, Ambassador Heike Thiele, welcomed the attendees, who had the opportunity to learn more about the sculpture — a symbol of peace and a memorial against forgetting. 
  
The sculpture, installed in the courtyard of the Human Rights Building next to the panels from the Berlin Wall, will remain at the Court for six months.
