On 7 November 2023 President Síofra O’Leary took part in an exchange of views with the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CPT). She was accompanied by Lətif Hüseynov, judge elected in respect of Azerbaijan, and Mykola Gnatovskyy, judge elected in respect of Ukraine.
