Election of a new Vice-President and a new Section President of the ECHR

The ECHR has elected a new Vice-President - Judge Gabriele Kucsko-Stadlmayer (Austria). It has also elected a new Section President – Judge Mattias Guyomar (France). They will both take up their duties on 2 May 2024.
