On 23 June 2026, the President of the Court, Mattias Guyomar, accompanied by the Registrar of the Court, Marialena Tsirli, visited the Conseil d’État in Paris, where they had the opportunity to have an introductory meeting with Marc Guillaume, its new Vice-President.

During the meeting, President Guyomar outlined the three priorities for his mandate, and provided an overview of the situation of the Court a year after his election. The interlocutors discussed the importance of dialogue between the Court and national apex courts, as well as the growing relevance of judicial communication.
