Delegation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine meets with judges and Registry staff
A delegation of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, led by Judge Viktor Gorodovenko, visited the Council of Europe from 16 to 18 June 2026 as part of the Council of Europe project Further support to the constitutional justice reforms in Ukraine.
During the visit, the delegation met with Mykola Gnatovskyy, judge elected in respect of Ukraine, and Artūrs Kučs, judge elected in respect of Latvia. They discussed the importance of dialogue between the Court and national constitutional courts, as well as the shared responsibility of courts to safeguard human rights.
The delegation also exchanged insights with Deputy to the Registrar, Klaudiusz Ryngielewicz, on practical methodologies, workflow optimisation, and the use of digital tools in judicial work.
