Dialogue between Judges

The publications in the Dialogue between judges series are a record of the proceedings of seminars held annually to mark the opening of the judicial year at the European Court of Human Rights.

Every year, these meetings provide a forum for discussion between judges from the European Court and from various other courts on set of themes such as "The role of consensus in the system of the European Convention on Human Rights", "50 years of the Court viewed by its fellow international Courts" or "Execution and effects of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights: the role of the judiciary".
