Court’s case-law
Translations project
With a view to making the Convention standards more accessible in Council of Europe member States, the Court has launched a case-law translation project with the support of the Human Rights Trust Fund. In the context of this project, hundreds of Court judgments, decisions and legal summaries will be translated into twelve official languages of the member States.
