Conference: Monaco & the European Court of Human Rights

A conference is being held by the Monegasque Institute for Training in the Legal Professions, bringing together legal professionals and experts to discuss contemporary human rights issues. Talks will be given by Mattias Guyomar, President of the European Court of Human Rights, Frédéric Krenc, judge elected in respect of Belgium, Sébastien Biancheri, judge elected in respect of Monaco, and Marialena Tsirli, Registrar of the Court.
