President Guyomar speaks on human rights in international relations and justice

On 22 June, the President of the European Court of Human Rights, Mattias Guyomar, spoke on the topic “Human Rights in International Relations and Justice” at the Académie des sciences morales et politiques, Institut de France, in Paris, as part of the annual programme “A World in Profound Transformation: From Deconstruction to the Reconstruction of the World Order”.
President Guyomar’s speech focused on the transformations of international law after the Second World War and on the preparatory works of the Convention, as well as on the insights these travaux préparatoires provide in an era of threats and uncertainty.
