Function of the Registrar
Article 17 of the Rules of Court governs the Registrar’s functions. The Registrar has overall responsibility for both the administrative and the judicial activities of the Registry under the authority of the President of the Court.
Function of the Deputy Registrar
The Deputy Registrar assists the Registrar in the accomplishment of his/her assignment and notably assumes responsibility in key areas of judicial and administrative management of the Court and its Registry.
