The Library of the European Court of Human Rights, former "Human Rights Library", is located in the Human Rights Building, marked number 2 on the plan. The Human Rights Building is on the intersection of Quai Ernest Bevin and Allée des droits de l'homme.

The main entry of the building faces Quai Ernest Bevin; the forecourt is accessible to taxis only.
The nearest tram and bus stop is "Droits de l'Homme" (tram line E, and bus numbers 6 and 30). There is a car park (P+R) on the Rue René Cassin to the rear of the building.

The entrance to the Library is at the garden level inside the Human Rights Building. There is wheelchair access to the Library.
